Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 8, 2026
1.Who We Are
This policy applies to www.casaellevate.com (the “Site”) and the services offered by Ellevate Studios, LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as Casa Ellevate (“Casa Ellevate,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We are the business responsible for the personal information described in this policy.
This Privacy Policy is effective as of, and was last updated on, the “Last updated” date shown at the top of this page.
2.Information We Collect
Information you give us
When you join our founding member waitlist, contact us, or otherwise interact with us, we may collect:
- Identity & contact details — first and last name, email address, and phone number;
- Preferences — the classes or services you’re interested in and how you heard about us (referral source);
- Communications — the content of emails, messages, or forms you send us; and
- Future studio information — once the studio opens, we will collect account, booking, membership, and payment information, and any health or emergency-contact information you choose to provide (for example, on a class waiver or intake form). Payment card details are handled by our payment processor, not stored by us.
Information we collect automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our analytics provider may automatically collect usage and device information — such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring pages, and interactions — using cookies and similar technologies.
3.How We Use Your Information
- To add you to and manage the founding member waitlist;
- To respond to your inquiries and send you updates, offers, and news about Casa Ellevate that you’ve asked to receive;
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site and our Services;
- To understand how the Site is used through aggregate analytics;
- Once we open, to provide and administer classes, memberships, bookings, and payments, and to support your health and safety; and
- To comply with legal obligations and to protect our rights, our members, and the public.
4.Cookies & Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand Site traffic and usage. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes usage data on our behalf; you can learn more in Google’s privacy resources and opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. We use Google Analytics for measurement only and have not enabled Google’s advertising, remarketing, or Google Signals features; if that ever changes, we will update this policy first. Because there is no common standard, we do not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals, though we honor recognized opt-out preference signals (such as Global Privacy Control) where required by law.
5.How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will never sell or share for advertising any sensitive personal information — including health information you provide and any information about a child — and we will not process sensitive data for those purposes without your consent. We share information only as follows:
- Service providers who process information on our behalf under contract, including our website hosting provider (Vercel), our database/storage provider (Supabase), our email delivery provider, our analytics provider (Google), and, in the future, our class-scheduling and payment-processing providers;
- Legal & safety — when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Casa Ellevate, our members, or others; and
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
6.How Long We Keep It
We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy — for example, to keep you on the waitlist or to administer your membership — and as required to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
7.How We Protect It
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8.Your Privacy Rights
We value your control over your personal information. Casa Ellevate likely qualifies as a small business that is exempt from the controller obligations of the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA). Even so, we voluntarily honor the following choices for our customers:
- Confirm whether we process your personal data and access it;
- Correct inaccuracies in your personal data;
- Delete personal data you provided or that we obtained;
- Obtain a portable copy of personal data you previously provided; and
- Opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, or certain profiling (note: we do not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising).
To make one of these requests, email us at move@casaellevate.com. We will verify your request, respond in a reasonable time, and not treat you differently for making one. If we decline a request, we will explain why, and you may ask us to reconsider. Residents of other states may have privacy rights under their own laws and can contact us the same way.
One TDPSA requirement applies to us regardless of the small-business exemption: we will not sell your sensitive data — such as health information or the personal information of a child under 13 — without your consent. You may also contact the Texas Attorney General with concerns about a business’s privacy practices.
Marketing choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email, reply STOP to opt out of text messages, or email us to update your preferences. We may still send you necessary transactional or account-related messages.
9.Children’s Privacy
Our Site is directed to adults, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children online. When we offer parent-and-child classes, we may collect limited information about a child from a parent or guardian through an intake or registration form. In those cases, the parent or guardian is the registering and contracting party and provides the child’s information and consent to our use of it. We treat a child’s information as sensitive personal information, do not sell or share it for advertising, and handle it consistent with applicable law, including the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) where it applies. If you believe a child has provided us personal information without parental consent, please contact us and we will delete it.
10.Third-Party Links
Our Site and communications may link to third-party websites and services (for example, Instagram and TikTok). We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to review their policies.
11.Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
