Studio Policies

Last updated: June 18, 2026

These are the house rules for Casa Ellevate. They work alongside our Terms of Service and your Membership Agreement to keep classes running smoothly for everyone. The current posted version always applies.

1.Booking & Reservations

Classes are reserved in advance through our booking system (online or the studio app). An account is required to book, and spots are limited and offered first-come, first-served. Reservations open 7 days before each class.

2.Waitlists

If a class is full, you may join the waitlist. When a spot opens, the next person on the waitlist is automatically added to the class and notified. If you are added from the waitlist, the standard late-cancellation policy applies — so please remove yourself from the waitlist if you can no longer attend.

3.Late Cancellation & No-Show

Please cancel at least 12 hours before class start so the spot can be released to another member. Cancellations made after the window (a “late cancellation”) and failures to attend (a “no-show”) are subject to the following:

  • Class packages / drop-ins: the reserved class is forfeited.
  • Recurring or unlimited members: a late-cancellation fee of $20 or a no-show fee of $25 is charged to your account.

These fees keep classes available to everyone. We may waive a fee in a genuine emergency at our discretion.

4.Arrival & Late Entry

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your first class and 5 minutes before each class thereafter. For your safety and to avoid disrupting class, entry may not be permitted after class begins, particularly for reformer and heated classes.

5.What to Bring & Grip Socks

Grip socks are required for all mat and reformer classes for hygiene and safety; they are available for purchase at the studio. Please also bring water, and a towel for heated classes. Outside shoes are not worn in the studio space.

6.Heated Classes

Some classes are conducted in a heated room. Please hydrate before and after, eat lightly beforehand, and listen to your body. If you are pregnant, have a cardiovascular or heat-sensitive condition, or are otherwise unsure, consult your physician before taking a heated class and let your instructor know.

7.Class Packages & Credit Expiration

Class packages and credits expire 6 months after purchase unless otherwise stated, and credits are non-transferable. Except where a refund is required by law, packages and credits are non-refundable once purchased.

8.Membership Freezes

Recurring members may freeze (pause) a membership up to 2 times per year, for 7 to 90 days each, with at least 3 days’ notice. A freeze pauses both your access and your billing for the approved period.

9.Membership Changes & Cancellation

You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel a month-to-month membership at any time, effective at the end of your current paid billing cycle. Cancellation and refund rights — including your rights under the Texas Health Spa Act — are governed by your Membership Agreement, which sets out the cancellation methods and the statutory cancellation and refund notices.

10.Age & Minors

Participants must be at least 17 years old for adult classes. Minors require a parent or guardian to complete registration and sign the waiver and may be subject to additional requirements. Parent-and-child classes have their own age guidelines described at booking.

11.Health, Safety & Etiquette

  • Tell your instructor about injuries, pregnancy, or health conditions before class, and stop if you feel unwell.
  • Silence phones and keep them away during class; do not photograph or film other members.
  • Wipe down and reset equipment after use, and handle reformers, springs, and props as instructed.
  • Please come scent-aware, and store your belongings in the cubbies provided.

12.Personal Belongings

Cubbies are provided for your belongings. Casa Ellevate is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items, so please leave valuables at home. Unclaimed lost-and-found items are donated after 30 days.

13.Code of Conduct

Casa Ellevate is a welcoming, respectful space. Conduct that is unsafe, disruptive, harassing, or disrespectful to instructors, staff, or members is not tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse service, end a class, or suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these policies.

14.Classes Changed or Canceled by the Studio

We may substitute instructors or change, combine, or cancel classes (for example, for low enrollment, weather, or maintenance). If we cancel a class you reserved, we will credit your account or offer alternatives; we are not responsible for incidental costs.

15.Photography & Marketing

We may photograph or film at the studio for marketing, consistent with the media-release option in your signed waiver. Members may not film or photograph other members without their consent.

16.Privacy & Communications

We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy, and we contact members about bookings, account matters, and — with your consent — news and offers. You can adjust your communication preferences at any time.

17.Changes to These Policies

We may update these Studio Policies from time to time. The current posted version applies, and continued use of the studio after a change means you accept the updated policies.
